Get the transcript right
Speech-to-text can miss names. You can help it before, and fix it after.
- Edit the transcript
- Click a line, fix the words. Search and summaries use your corrected text.
- Names to expect
- Give HeedKeep a list of names and terms (the pastor, the church, place names) so it spells them correctly next time.
- Language
- Choose the language spoken in the recording instead of leaving it to guess.
- Translate
- Read a translation of the transcript. It is labeled Suggested and kept separate, because it is not what was said.
- Speaker labels (new)
- Optionally mark who is speaking. This is early and may be wrong on some recordings, so check it.
